To correctly guide employees to "learn technology, use technology, and understand technology", improve the skill level of combining driving operation and inspection, and stimulate the enthusiasm of employees to learn and study skills. Recently, the Wanbo New Materials Logistics Science and Technology Vehicle Class held a vehicle operation skills competition to strengthen technical exchanges among employees, create a competitive, learning, catching up, helping, and surpassing atmosphere for self-improvement, and strive to become a technical benchmark for everyone.

There are a total of 20 drivers participating in the logistics department of this competition, mainly focusing on the accuracy and fluency of the trial operation of drivers. Each participating driver starts lifting aluminum oxide finished packaging bags from the starting point and conducts interlaced tests according to the walking route. During this period, if the walking route is inaccurate, the braking point is unclear, or the turning sequence is incorrect, the referee will deduct points until the loop returns to the starting point. Finally, the test of lifting from the starting point to the storage area is a complete competition.
The competition requires participants to be calm and composed, repeatedly polish details, avoid carelessness, and exercise stress resistance, confidence, and teamwork.

At the end of the competition, Qin Dapeng, an employee with nearly ten years of driving experience in the logistics department, won the championship with a time of 4 minutes and 20 seconds and zero errors, while Zhang Jingyu and Wang Zuofu finished second and third respectively. The drivers have expressed their own shortcomings in this competition, and through learning excellent skills from others, they will adhere to safety first, strive for excellence, and improve their operational skills in future driving operations.
