Born in Nanchuan District, Chongqing in 1964, Mr. Yuan Zhilun (Allen) graduated from the Department of Metallurgical Materials of Chengdu University of Science and Technology (now Sichuan University, abbreviated as SCU) in his early 20s,fluent in English, and then worked for ten years in a central enterprise.Mr. Yuan is the incumbent Chairman of Bosai Group, and is also the Vice-Chairman of the CPPCC of Nanchuan District, the Vice-Chairman of the Chongqing Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Chairman of Chongqing Aluminum Association of SCU, and the Vice-chairman of Chongqing Charity Federation, Chairman and Vice-Chairman of Chongqing Leukemia Children's Aid Foundation, Vice-Chairman of Chongqing Nonferrous Metals Association, Executive Director of China Youth Entrepreneur Association, Enterprise Director of China Glorious Enterprise Promotion Association, etc..In the past two decades, Mr. Yuan has been awarded the honorary Titles including National Model Worker, National Outstanding Entrepreneur, Chinese Outstanding Charitarian, Outstanding Builder of the Socialist Society with Chinese characteristics, one of ten Outstanding Young Persons in Chongqing, one of ten Outstanding Figures in Chongqing's Private Economy, one of ten Outstanding Businessmen in Chongqing, etc..

At present, he is the general manager of Bosay Group, and also a deputy to Chongqing Municipal People's Congress, a member of Nanchuan District CPPCC, and an executive member of the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce. He has won the honors of "Chongqing Excellent Private Entrepreneurs", "exemplary individual of Chongqing's Open Economy", "Top Ten Influential Annual Figures of Chongqing's Manufacturing Industry", and "Top Ten Young Chongqing Merchants".
