Nestled in the Wanzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, Wanbo Refinery is the largest industrial enterprise in Wanzhou District. Annually, the company churns out an impressive 4.6 million tons of alumina, exclusively refined from imported bauxite ore, contributing to an annual output value that surpasses CNY 13 billion. Embarking on a capacity expansion and technological revamp in the latter half of 2023, Wanbo Refinery aspires to attain a production capacity of 6 million tons by the second half of 2025. This ambitious undertaking positions the company to emerge as the world's largest standalone alumina refinery, with projected annual sales revenue beyond CNY 20 billion.

Comprehensive Recycling Project of Red Mud (a by-product of Alumina refining of Wanbo Refinery) is used as raw material, mixed with Soda Ash and Limestone, to extract Sodium Aluminate Solution. The process comprises of grinding, calcining in rotary kiln and leaching. Sodium Aluminate Solution is transported to Wanbo Refinery to produce Alumina. The project aims to achieve large-scale and high-efficiency extraction of valuable elements from Red Mud, with an annual output target of 4.385 million tons of Sodium Aluminate Solution. The project site occupies 25 hectares, with fixed asset investment of USD 174 million, equipped with four lines of rotary calcine kilns and six leaching lines. After operation, the project expects to create output value of 208 million USD, tax revenue of 14 million USD and 400 new jobs.

Situated within the Qingxi Industrial Park, Fuling District of Chongqing, Dalang Smelter operates an annual production capacity of 650,000 tonnes of silicomanganese alloy, with an estimated annual output value reaching CNY 5 billion. Dalang stands at the forefront of international technology and equipment advancements, adhering to a developmental trajectory that prioritizes energy conservation, environmental protection, and recycling practices. It has been acknowledged as an intelligent factory in Chongqing and is presently the largest production base for silicon-manganese alloy in Asia.
In the latter half of 2024, Dalang embarked on the Phase II capacity expansion endeavor, with aspirations to attain a milestone of 1.1 million tpa by the second half of 2025, thereby positioning itself as the globe's largest single-unit silicon-manganese alloy manufacturing facility. This strategic expansion is projected to generate an annual sales revenue approximating CNY 10 billion.

Bosai Group has undertaken a strategic relocation, shifting four corundum factories from Guizhou, Guangxi, and several other regions to the Qingxi Industrial Park, Fuling District, Chongqing. This relocation has culminated in the consolidation of these factories into a single, state-of-the-art facility, boasting an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons of premium-grade refractory and abrasive materials. Specifically, the facility is geared towards producing 140,000 tons of high-quality refractory materials annually, alongside 60,000 tons of premium abrasive materials, both included in China's Single Champion Product List. With an annual output value approximating CNY 1.5 billion, Saite Corundum stands tall as the largest BFA producer in Asia.

Located in Xuankou Town, Wenchuan County, Aba Prefecture, Sichuan Province, Aba Smelter is the largest industrial manufacturing enterprise in the Aba Prefecture and the only aluminum enterprise in the Xizang, China. The Smelter has a thousand employees, with ethnic minority workers such as Tibetan, Qiang, Hui, and Yi, accounting for 30% of the workforce. Since Bosai Group's full acquisition in September 2006, the smelter has embarked on a journey of technological advancements and capacity enhancements. Today, it has an annual aluminum production capacity of 200,000 tons and an annual processing capacity of 150,000 tons for aluminum products, encompassing round rods, bars, and large ingots, contributing to an annual output value approximating CNY 6 billion.
