Bosai Group held its second manager office expansion conference in 2025

On July 19th, the second manager's office expansion meeting of Bosai Group in 2025 was held at Chongqing Yushang International Hotel. All executives and some attendees of the group attended the meeting, and the chairman of the group, Yuan Zhilun, presided over the meeting.
At the meeting, the factory directors and department managers of various enterprises of Bosai Group reported on the main achievements and shortcomings of production and operation in the first half of 2025, analyzed and forecasted the business plan and proposed main measures for the second half of the year, and reported on the latest progress of ongoing, newly built, and important technological transformation projects. The leaders in charge of each department further supplemented the report content.
Yuan Zhilun, Chairman of Bosai Group, reported on the operating situation of the group company in the first half of 2025 and the annual operating plan for 2025. He made arrangements for major technological upgrades and the landing of new projects, and clarified the annual operating goal of "striving to achieve the second best performance in the history of the group".
Chairman Yuan Zhilun has put forward several requirements for the work of all cadres and employees in the second half of the year: firstly, to strengthen the management of safety production, and to solidify the "four in one" responsibility chain from team leaders, workshop directors, production managers to factory managers; We should strengthen the management of the homework site, identify and correct problems at any time, and introduce and implement a third-party safety supervision mechanism for construction projects. The second is to enhance the sense of responsibility and accountability of cadres and employees. Sense of responsibility is the primary criterion for selecting and employing personnel. Without a sense of responsibility, problems will inevitably arise in the workplace. All executives should play a leading role and set an example, doing a good job and leading the team. Thirdly, we will further improve the long-term mechanism for anti-corruption and promoting integrity, with a focus on strengthening control and supervision in key areas such as supply and marketing, and engineering construction, to form an effective constraint mechanism; Regularly carry out integrity education, strengthen audit supervision, improve the reporting and verification mechanism, and increase the punishment for disciplinary violations. Fourthly, we will strengthen the training of young cadres and the construction of talent teams. The group will establish a new Human Resources Department and systematically promote specialized talent management; Research the establishment of a "20-30 Year Old Youth Cadre Training Bank" and a "30-40 Year Old Middle aged Cadre Reserve Bank", optimize the age and professional structure, and strengthen humanistic care and growth support for young cadres. Chairman Yuan Zhilun hopes that the factory directors and department managers of various enterprises can play a good exemplary role, work together, rely on major technological transformation projects and new projects to be put into operation, and achieve the grand goal of "Hundred Billion Expo, World Expo, and Century Expo" as soon as possible in the next 2-3 years.
