The company is treated as a strategically important investment in Guizhou Province that features circular economy. Its alloy plant produces 5000,000 tons of manganese-based alloy per annum, equipped with two sets of 150MW power generators. The company’s other assets include a 1.3 employment of 2000 jobs. Circular Economy Its circular economic development features low energy cost and comprehensive utilization of industrial by-products Designed capacity of its power plant is 2.1 billion kWh of electricity per annum. Electricity satisfies manganese alloy smelting and cement production at lower cost. By-products from alloy smelting and thermal power generation, including furnace gas, cinder, desulfurization gypsum, alloy slag etc., are all recycled to produce cement. Alloy furnace gas is captured and purified to produce electricity. Waste water is treated and recycled, saving 400,000 m³of water per annum and achieving zero wastewater discharge. Other projects include 60,000 tons of fuel ethanol and 6,600 tons of protein feed and 10,000 tons of EPS foam production.
