【Editor’s Note】On the eve and the sencond day of Chinese New Year when people were enjoying the happy reunion with relatives and friends in a warm family atmosphere, for many factories in manufacturing industry, there would always be a group of employees who stayed at their posts to ensure the smooth operation of production lines. Mr. Yuan Zhilun, MD of Bosai Group, would always make a visit to them during this speical time of the year. Following the traditional custom of the Spring Festival, he always brought his family to the front line of the factories to visit and condole the staff, sending fruits and distributing red envelopes to express his respect and gratitude. Altogether, MD gave away more than 1000 red envelopes this Spring Festival, totaling more than CNY 100,000. Nanchuan Pioneer Alumina Rfinery Co., Ltd.

"Happy Spring Festival! Thank you for your hard work!" On the New Year’s eve, Mr. Yuan Zhilun, and Ms. Yang Yi came to the decomposition and evaporation workshop and quality inspection department of Nanchuan Pioneer Alumina Refinery to visit and console the cadres who held their posts during the festival. Following the greetings, Mr. Yuan shook hands and greeted the employees, encouraging them to make good achievements in the New Year. The “women's detachment" of the Quality Inspection Department warmly invite the MD and his wife to take a group photo as a souvenir.

It is known that the persons on duty in the alumina plant reached a total of 298 people and everyone of them received cash red envelopes with a sum of CNY 30,000. Nanchuan Shuijiang Alumina Refinery Co., Ltd.

On New Year's Eve, MD Yuan Zhilun and his wife, Ms. Yang Yi, accompanied by Assistant General Manager Yuan Lingnan and Director Jiao Fengjiang of Shuijiang Alumina Refinery, came to the company to greet the cadres who still stuck to their posts during the Spring Festival and to offer them festive greetings and good wishes.

In addition to sending apples, dried sugar and other condolences, the MD and his party also sent cash red envelopes in their personal names to the production line staff on duty that evening. The total amount of red envelopes amounted to more than CNY 23,000. (covered by Wei Wei)

Chongqing Dalang Metallurgical New Materials Co., Ltd.

On the second day of the new year, MD Yuan Zhilun accompanied by Vice-General Manager Yu Jiang and Director Li Xiaoping of Dalang Metallurgical Company, visited the staff of Dalang Company who stayed in their first-line positions. The delegation extended their New Year's greetings, expressed gratitude for their hard work and sweat paid.

Yuan Zhilun visited the smelting workshop, power generation workshop, raw material workshop and high temperature material yard of the plant successively. He sent condolences and distributed more than 300 red envelopes, totaling more than 30,000 yuan. He affirmed and highly appraised the achievements of Dalang Metallurgical Company in 2018, and put forward guiding opinions and suggestions for its work in 2019. At the same time, it is required to do a good job in the post-holiday receipt of employees'minds, strive for steady progress, hold a good receipt meeting at various levels, do a good job in staff training and learning, unify staff and workers' thoughts, enhance safety awareness, and do a solid job in post-holiday safety production.
