The new cleaning shovel avoids weak welding links, greatly extends its service life, and is expected to reduce replacement frequency by more than 50%.
2、 Modification of anode fixture clamp: Strengthen structural stability in production, reduce damage and repair, and save costs
The frequent occurrence of desoldering problems in the original anode fixture clamp during use not only affects the continuity of production, but also increases maintenance costs. Dong Zhiguo and his team found through analysis that insufficient welding area is the main cause of desoldering. After renovation, the new clamp has increased the welding contact surface, significantly improving structural stability and reducing the occurrence of desoldering. After the renovation, not only has material loss been reduced, but the frequency of manual repairs has also been reduced, and it is expected to save 15% of maintenance costs annually.
3、 Self made lifting equipment put into use: independently developed to improve efficiency, replacing external leasing to reduce costs

Frequent use of external cranes during equipment maintenance not only incurs high costs, but also affects the repair progress. To overcome this dilemma, Zheng Jianzhong and his team independently designed and manufactured a set of winch lifting equipment. The device is easy to operate and can meet the lifting needs of daily maintenance, greatly reducing the cost of renting a crane. According to calculations, after the self-made equipment is put into use, the single maintenance cost can be reduced by more than 30%, while improving operational flexibility.
The three technological improvements this time fully reflect the innovative ability and pragmatic spirit of the grassroots teams at Aba Aluminum Plant. They not only solve practical problems in production, but also provide solid guarantees for the continuous and stable operation of the factory's production by improving maintenance efficiency and equipment stability.
